SHIPPING POLICIES

We use available services from the following carriers: USPS & UPS. If you require a specific shipping carrier or service we will be happy to accommodate. To avoid processing delays please contact us prior to placing your order. All shipments originate from our warehouse located in Medford,MA

 

SHIPPING METHOD DEFINITIONS

Shipping / Business days are Tuesday - Friday, We are closed on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Actual shipping times depend on the carrier, service selected and your location in relation to Medford, MA. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS:

Ground - 
Delivery typically in three to five business days after an order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS :

For Security, We Ship Products Directly to United States Addresses Only. While We do not ship Direct to International Addresses, we do work with Holding Companies within The United States that You can Hire for Freight Forwarding. These Companies Ship to Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia / Oceania  Please Contact Us For Details at Info@OneLoveBoston.com 

LOSS AND DAMAGE INSURANCE

We fully insure all shipments that leave our warehouse against loss or damage. Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS ). We will assist our customers in these claims. This process can take several weeks or more to complete so please be patient.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. The level of tracking varies per carrier and shipping service. Please understand that we have no control over this. If you require detailed tracking we suggest the following carriers: UPS, USPS
